1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you would like to exchange it for a different item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit if the item you want is not available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks)
  • Items marked as “final sale”
